Charles Ogletree is a professor at Harvard Law School and a legal theorist who has made his reputation by taking a hard look at complex issues of law and working to secure the rights guaranteed by our constitution. His lecture on “The 1921 Tulsa Race Riots: The Vanguard of the Reparations Movement” is in conjunction with the fall issue of Proteus, A Journal of Ideas on the theme Reconciliation, Reparations, and Forgiveness.
