Bishopp ’90, Rockwall, Texas, is one of the first five students to be admitted to the new doctoral criminology program at the University of Texas at Dallas. Dana Piescienski Egan ’90, Slatington, earned her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Kutztown University in May. Laurie DiOrio Fitzpatrick ’90, Riverside, is coordinator for the Call Center at Geisinger Health System, Center for Health Research. Melissa Pezzetti Kennedy ’90, Berwyn, vice president of marketing communications for CN8, The Comcast Network, was named to the prestigious “40 Under 40” list developed by trade publication, Multichannel News. Renee Vassel Owens ’90, Palmyra, a teacher at Hershey Middle School, was awarded the Ann Moniot Outstanding Middle Level Teacher Award from the Pennsylvania Middle School Association (PMSA). Tracy Pierandozzi Sestili ’92, San Francisco, Calif., director of Service Operations at TiVo Inc. created The Beverly Fund, a non-profit organization for lung cancer, in honor of her mom. On Sept. 30, the fund was part of the inaugural Kites for Cancer; in Nov.it will launch its inaugural Remember November campaign. Susan Zabka Rohrbaugh ’93 and husband Brian, Linthicum, Md., son Bennett Andrew born May 27. He joins half-brother Brian Jr. and half-sister Brooke. Nicole P. Roop ’93, Littlestown, received her doctor of education degree in higher education administration from George Washington University. SU’s Jan Arminio, professor and chair of the Department of Counseling and College Student Personnel, was a member of her dissertation committee. Diane Smith ’94, New Castle, Del., a major crimes detective with the New Castle County Police Department, earned a master’s in administration of justice degree from Wilmington College. Kelly Jo Walker Doerzbacher, M.D., Capt USAF, ’98, Fairfield, Cal., graduated from the Anesthesia Residency program at Fletcher Allen Health Care System of the University of Vermont, entered the U.S. Air Force as part of the United Services Health Care Scholarship Program and is presently stationed at Travis Air Force Base at David Grant Hospital, 60th Surgical Wing. She is married to Dr. Matthew Walker and they have two daughters, Madison 3 and Mackenzie 2. Jeffrey Huber ’98m, Shippensburg, is the township historian for Woodbridge Township.
